Callum Campbell : Director
Callum is a former stockbroker, and has worked in global financial markets for over 30 years. He has worked in leading financial institutions and his responsibilities have included investment management, corporate finance, equity derivatives and corporate treasury.He has previously been registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and has qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI). From 2012-2017 Callum was a member of the Investment Committee of the £1.5bn Falkirk Pension Fund. During that period he was also Chairman of Stirling Enterprise Park Ltd (STEP) and from 2007 to 2017 was an Elected Member of Stirling Council, latterly as Depute Convener.He is currently a Partner at ESM Capital LLP and a Non-Executive Director at Asura Financial Technologies.
John Rae : Director
Locally based entrepreneur John Rae has a wealth of experience in creating and running various successful enterprises. John started his first company aged 21 and since then has set up numerous businesses, employing, at one stage, over 60 staff. He currently owns and manages an extensive property portfolio encompassing industrial, commercial and residential properties.
John is actively involved in The Prince's Trust and has held the position of Chairman for the Forth Valley area for nearly 20 years. During this time he has overseen the creation of in excess of 500 new businesses. In addition, John served as Director on the Board of Scottish Enterprise Forth Valley for 9 years. In that time he chaired the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
In his spare time John takes part in water and snow sports with his family and is a passionate collector and promoter of Scottish Contemporary Art.
Neil F McLean : Director
Neil is a well-known local business person and Chairman of United Auctions. He led the successful Management Buyout of the Company in 2007 and was instrumental in the development of the new Stirling Agricultural Centre.
Under Neil's leadership the Company was included in the Business Insider top 20 SMEs in Scotland and featured in the London Stock Exchange’s list of most inspiring companies in Britain.
He is a previous Board member of Forth Valley College and continues to be a Trustee of the College Foundation. He has held various other roles and was previously a Stirling Business Ambassador and a Stirling City Commissioner.
He lives with his wife and two children in Stirlingshire
